Somehow I blinked and it’s been nearly a month since my last post. It’s crazy how quickly time can fly and though I’m used to being busy, spring semester has been particularly trying. In addition to some type of exam nearly every week, the wedding planning (oh yea, I’m getting married this summer!) has been ramping up as well. Unfortunately, cooking and subsequently blogging fell to the wayside. Hopefully we can try and get that back on track!
Don’t fret too much though, the cooking groove has sort of come back to me, but in addition, I’ve also taken up a new hobby. Though not necessarily as conducive to being photographed as food, it’s fun to be knitting again. I personally think I have too many hobbies, but really, is that possible? Not sure what I’m making? Well, I’ll keep you all updated as it progresses. I have to have some mystery in my life!
