Whoa. It’s been a while since I’ve been around these parts. I’ve been a little busy though with a pretty big project. I had planned a cute little reveal using this pic:
That was taken on September 16–about one month before my due date. Apparently though, the little guy decided to come a mere six days later. The night I went into labor, Rabi had finished putting together the crib and I stated that the baby could now come at any time. Little did I know that I was 5 hours away from my waking up to my water breaking. We got off to a slightly rocky start, but since then it’s been the normal having an infant at home craziness. But enough talk, yes? Here is little Rishi!
Rishi was barely 1 month old when Halloween rolled around. I wasn’t really planning on dressing him up, but I was in Target on Halloween and got completely suckered. Lesson learned.
Auntie Heather got Rishi an awesome hat for winter. He approves!
Rishi started smiling a couple weeks ago–it was awesome.
Rishi likes to sit up and so we got him a little support chair. The other day he started hugging his little stuffed animal. Of course I had to take a pic!
So that explains my little blogging hiatus. I’ve been trying to get back into the groove though and hopefully will be cleaning out my backlog soon. And though this probably won’t turn into a baby blog, I probably won’t be able to help myself in providing Rishi updates. I’m probably a little biased, but he’s pretty adorable!
