Too many strawberries–that’s usually not a problem, right? It’s not like lemons where you have to make lemonade. Unfortunately, I’ve found myself in a strawberry dilemma, as you can see above. Here is what happened: I bought a ginormous (yes, the technical term) of strawberries from the grocery store. Then my generous momma gave me some fresh local berries. As you can see the big plastic box is full of bright red perfect looking berries, which obviously aren’t as tasty as the top quart of ugly, smaller berries. So now what? To try and eat all of these plain is quite the challenge. I suppose I could make strawberry lemonade, but then I would have to buy some lemons.
