You guys–summer is done. It’s Labor Day Weekend and today it was legit cold to the point where I actually needed the new fleece I just bought. I barely broke a sweat while I wore it this morning. While Fall isn’t so bad, I’m really sad to see the summer go for a bunch of reasons. One of those is the produce. If you’re starting to cook and want to up your game a little bit, a stuffed pepper recipe is great to have in your back pocket. They look so fancy, but in reality if you can mix stuff together and turn on an oven, you’re good to go. I always love a dish that makes you look like a culinary school grad!
