I feel like I make a lot of blueberry muffins. Well, when Joy the Baker put out a cookbook, I snatched it up pretty quickly. I’m pretty sure I will eventually make every single thing from that book, but my first recipe was these muffins. I’m not sure why I love muffins so much, but they were one of my go to childhood breakfasts. Of course you could make them healthier with wheat flour or no butter, but really, that’s not why I eat muffins. Plus the ones you make at home don’t tend to be as large as your head like you find at a bakery. And since we’ve already filled our muffin with all the ‘good’ ingredients, you may as well go all the way and add a crumb topping. Live a little! read more »

New York Style Crumb Cake
Don’t you love ‘style’ foods? New England style clam chowder or Chicago style pizza…is it really from those places?
